New Oakland Company Limited was established in 1997. With more than 20 years of experiences, we have completed many interior fitting-out and renovation projects.
Two teams – interior design and contracting work – have been constituted and co-ordinated with each other.
Most of the projects are awarded by clients, interior designers, architects, quantity surveyors, real estate agencies and professional consultants.
We have good expertise in building first class deluxe apartments, speciality shops, offices, hotels, sports clubs, schools, theatres, banks and restaurants (job reference).

03 QUALIFICATION
In 2010, New Oakland Company Limited was awarded by Building Department as Registered Minor Works Contractor from Type A to G and Class I to III (reference).
We are carrying out of large-scale building works which are governed by the same set of controls, including the requirements to obtain prior approval and consent from the Building Authority so as to improve the building safety in Hong Kong.
